Overall I’ve been pretty pleased with Smith.ai, but recently Increasingly more phone calls are likely to Smith.ai’s voicemail or not staying picked up in the least. I use CallRail on our backend and may see entire simply call metrics and entry recordings of all calls. I’ve seen numerous qualif
